This gorgeous patterned female was a very welcome sight to see when she was born. Mom Louise went into labor early in the morning but then stopped having contractions. We called our vet who arrived shortly. By the time he attempted to deliver Gracie, she had been in utero for over 2 hours. Since we had lost 2 crias earlier in the spring, we were prepared for the worst. When he said, "the baby's alive" we were so relieved! She was delivered without incident and weighed a healthy 21 pounds. She truly was and still is "amazing."

Marenga is the first silver-grey female to be born on our ranch. We had experimented with many different sires and our own Dante was the one who contributed to the creation of this absolutely stunning female. She has multiple tones of silver as well as some black and white. Her blanket is beginning to show a light dusting of rose grey. She has good conformation and bite and a sweet disposition. If you are looking to add some silver grey, true black or rose grey to your herd, Marenga would be an excellent choice.
